A kickoff meeting will then be set to review the setup of your first project with you. Next CBS will then schedule 4 sessions of basic training in how to use Corecon Project Management with your project data loaded.

How it works

After the order is placed CBS will start immediately with the setup of one (1) complete project. The steps are as follows and will entail your company providing the following:

• Loading Company Contacts involved for the project/projects you will be tracking in Corecon.
• Establish a usable set of Classification/Job Cost Codes for the project.
• Setup of a complete project with detail project information, drawings, and specifications.
• Creating the Contract Agreement between you, the Contractor, and the Customer which will entail loading the project cost and revenue budgets.
• CBS will start with some data entry of current project expenses and customer invoicing to explain and show the financial Job Cost Dashboards

Once the project setup is completed CBS will send you a message with full access details to your newly installed Corecon. A kickoff meeting will be set to review the setup of the first project and then schedule your sessions of basic training.

Note*** Training will be conducted one-on-one over the Web. This Classroom Training is great for group training in your office and is industry specific using your company data. (A training Reference Manual will be included and the sessions will be recorded for your Users to reference).
