Corecon’s flagship product, Corecon v7, is a web-based suite of software for lead tracking, estimating, project management, job cost control and scheduling. This powerful, user-friendly solution enables operations to manage their leads and projects more efficiently from preconstruction through project closeout. Being web-based, contracting firms will have complete project visibility anytime, anywhere, allowing management to make quick and informed decisions.

Corecon Mobile

An extension of Corecon v7, Corecon Mobile is compatible with smartphone and tablet devices running Google Android and Apple iOS. This solution is geared for field staff that may not have access to a laptop or desktop computer. The Android and iOS App is free to all Corecon V7 subscribers and does not require any synchronization. Thus, information entered in the App such as Daily Logs or Timecards will immediately appear in Corecon V7.

CoreconLink for Intuit QuickBooks

Whether you use QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online, Corecon has you covered in terms of integration. Project financials entered in Corecon V7 such as Bills, Sub Invoices, Prime Invoices and Timecards can be easily exported to either version.

CoreconLink for SAP Business One

SAP Business One is SAP’s easy-to-use business management software designed specifically for small and midsize businesses. The integration of Corecon V7 and SAP Business One provides a business solution tailored to the needs of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms that have revenue between $30-$200 million (USD).


Outlook Integration

CoreconLink for Microsoft Outlook

The CoreconLink for Microsoft Outlook is compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 versions. This add-on is an embedded application and will appear within Microsoft Outlook‘s ribbon menu and provides the following integration with Corecon v7.

  • Import/Export/Synchronize Companies and Contacts
  • Upload Outlook Emails to Corecon’s Journal feature along with Attachments
  • Export Corecon Project Alerts to Outlook‘s Calendar

TeamLink Portal

Corecon’s TeamLink Portal sets a new standard in terms of collaboration and provides unprecedented value to Corecon’s overall platform. Corecon V7 subscribers can share Lead and Project information with their customers, vendors and consultants via the portal. This solution is FREE so unlimited logins can be sent to outside team members so they can access Lead and Project information on an as needed basis.
